Pumpkin spice and everything nice!

Pumpkin is a great for exfoliation and fighting signs of aging! It is packed with vitamins A, C, and E.

I love the smell of this soap, it isn't super pumpkiny, but has a nice spiced scent.

Great for men or women and even better for the skin!

My most popular soap is the Activated Charcoal!

Reports I get from it is that it clears up acne, smooths skin and forces impurities from deep in the skin to the surface. I infuse the soap with peppermint to give it a very refreshing smell and feel on the skin.

It took two batches when I started making this soap to perfect it, and is not just a customer favorite, but a family favorite as well.

I also make a version of this soap with Shea butter for those with more mature or dry skin.

Although Activated Charcoal has been a hit for many things lately, it is not recommended for teeth as it is abrasive and damage tooth enamel.

I personally recommend Activated Charcoal for topical use or use internally via a capsule to protect teeth.

Did you know coffee is a superfood?

Coffee increases memory.
Alertness.
It is a diuretic.
Reduce the risks of cancers and heart disease.
Help with attention deficit, like ADHD.
Can help the liver.
Helps your body process glucose.
And it is packed with B vitamins and minerals.
Protects against alzheimers and dementia.

However, drinking to much can cause elevated heart rate, aggravate caffeine sensitivity, and can aggravate existing heart disease. Please do not drink coffee if your physician wants you to stay away from it. If you feel nervous or jittery after consuming coffee it is a sign you have caffeine sensitivity. Better stick with teas or non-caffinated drinks.

Used topically coffee can decrease signs of aging in skin.
Topically it is an astringent.
Help with discoloration in skin.
And can help tighten saggy skin.
It also lends its vitamins and minerals to healthy glowing skin!
