All packaged chicken is vacuum packed at the inspected USDA Facility as marked by the inspection sticker on the packaging. The item description, weight, and safe handling instructions are also marked on all labels.

We currently sell rabbit as whole processed and those already processed in the six standard cuts (front and hind legs, rib meat and backstrap) with bonus cuts ✂️ of rabbit belly bacon 🥓, neck and tail.
Rabbits are processed on ranch in accordance with TX HB 410 low volume livestock producer (under 500 animals per year). We place all meat in a freezer bag then vacuum pack that freezer bag with the meat.
All meats are stored and transported to market in freezers maintained at or below -5F to -10F to ensure safety of not thawing from time of sell to transportion to your home. If you have long distance to return home appropriate means such as coolers, ice boxes, or portable freezers are suggested for temporary storage until the product can be placed in appropriate freezer storage at your residence.
Organic Rabbit compost available upon request. $5/ 5gal bucket return refill... $25/ new 5 gal bucket. I do not bring these buckets to market normally so please pre-order so I can have it at market for you. Text 703-744-0926 with the number of buckets you want. All larger orders will be delivered directly to your home. Currently large orders of more than five buckets are not available.
Grass-fed and finished whole or half sides of beef available from our own pure bred angus, brangus and other mixed F1 beef cattle.
Eggs🥚are $5/dozen without other purchase. If you purchase $25 or more of our other chicken products; eggs can be sold at a reduced price of $4/dozen. Also, bulk order your eggs with 5 dozen or more get and get your eggs at the reduced price of $4/dozen as well.
Our farm continues to focus on providing you with the best local farm raised products as possible. Our major guarantee as always is the best livestock and products without any hormones, antibiotics or GMO provided feeds... all pastured and humanely raised.
Soaps and candy:
My neighbor's daughter does a 4H project in which she milks our goats in order to produce true handmade goat's milk unscented soap. They also make freeze dried candy. They make these products to help offset FFA and 4H project cost. Tips and donations are always accepted to help our next generation of future farmers.
They just milked the goats this past week so will be making more batches of fresh homemade goat milk soap. They also told me more candy is being made as well.
