One of the biggest game changers in my own meal planning has been batch cooking smart, not hard. Instead of cooking 5 different meals from scratch every night, I’ll make one versatile base that can stretch into several dishes.
Example:
🍗 Cook a batch of shredded chicken on Sunday.
➡️ Use it for tacos 🌮, a quick salad 🥗, and even throw it into soup 🍲 during the week.
This simple swap saves me time, money, and stress—and keeps me from resorting to last-minute takeout. Nourishment doesn’t have to be complicated—it just takes a little planning and a dash of creativity.
