Tasting some new cheeses for a special board this weekend! 🍇🧀🥂

Roquefort: a blue cheese with more of a tang. Definitely for certain people who enjoy a strong flavor. Will pair well with a thin salami and salt less cracker.

Le Delice De Bourgogne: a super creamy and buttery cheese. Very pleasant and addicting! Spreads well on a cracker.

Aged English Cheddar: a hard sharp cheddar.

Welcome to Wedge and Olive. I love entertaining and making a beautiful spread for guests to graze on. I also adore a smaller version for those at home date nights with a good glass of wine. Here at Wedge and Olive our goal is to create a delicious charcuterie board for your next fun gathering or simple night in. We also build our own trays from reclaimed wood to serve you and make it extra special and personal.
