Equipment Preference, Inc. EPI serves its customers as a manufacturer’s representative for commercial kitchen equipment

Since its beginning in 1994, EPI/EPI2 has grown from a two-person office to a staff of over 20 employees strong. The company has heavily invested in the training and professional education of its staff resulting in the most reliable and knowledgeable sales team and customer service in the industry. In 2018, EPI unveiled the SpeCenter, a state-of-the-art test kitchen, classroom and showroom. Customers are encouraged to experience this industry-leading resource to see and test equipment and products firsthand. EPI and EPI2 represents some of the finest brands and most highly-favored lines in foodservice equipment and smallwares industry including Hobart, Traulsen, Vulcan, Wolf, Duke, Hatco, Nyco, Dexter, In-Sink-Erator, T&S Brass, New Age, Prince Castle, and American Panel.
