Fun times working Bees in the rain and snow the last couple days and picking up hives from the orchards in the evenings! At least we get to start loading the trucks before it gets dark with this lovely "spring" weather!

This smooth amber ale made with a blend of local honey from Golden West Bees has a nice delicate balance, with hints of honey, a malt forward grain bill, and just the right amount of bitterness to keep it light and refreshing. 35 IBUs. 6.1% abv

We are very excited!! Shana from Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co came over this morning and hand picked (tasted) different honey varieties to make their new HONEY AMBER ALE!! Her picks blended to be absolutely delicious and I can't wait to try the beer!
