My stuffed mushrooms I made the other day were a hit at home and at my day job. Some ideas came to mind thanks to a little feed back.
Now I have a question for y’all.
What do you think some good flavors would be to make? An idea could be like chicken parm stuffed mushrooms. I would love to hear what y’all think would be good. Maybe the next time I make stuffed mushrooms, I’ll make some of the ones that were suggested.

Hey y’all!
I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted on this page. Life had a funny way of pulling us in other directions. But have no fear, I’m going to be jumping on here a lot more. My passion for cooking took a back seat for awhile, and it surely made me feel so damn depressed. I thought we’ll it one less thing on my plate (no pun intended there haha) and I don’t have to worry about cooking. That didn’t work out so well for me. So now I’m back!!! I can’t wait to share all these new ideas I have with everyone 🙂

“Presentation is easy when you the love food you cook” - my husband
And he’s right! When you love the food you cook, presenting it is easy. People can see the way you truly enjoy your passion for food and can taste the happiness as they take that first bite.
My husband had been craving gyros for awhile. Well, that’s what he got,but with my twist. I used some smoked tri tip we had and sautéed it with some other seasonings.

Oh man. Look how beautiful this turned out. It smells so delicious. One to add to my family cookbook that’s for sure!

Finally got a day off from my day job, so I decided to get creative with the idea from our one and only Ben. I was talking about making chicken enchiladas, sounded so good to me. He came up with the brilliant idea of doing chicken fajita enchiladas. Like YES PLEASE! So let the adventure begin 🙂

What do you do on sundays?
In our house we watch NASCAR and make chili. Especially since it’s all rainy and there ain’t much else to do. We even made it healthy!!! I know, it’s shocking to me as well haha.
We have a family member favorite, hearty down home turkey chili with a kick. Stay tuned for more!

Who doesn’t love a nice hot and tasty casserole?
This has been a family favorite for years!!!! I’ve just learned how to perfect it finally haha.
Here we have Buffalo chicken casserole. Very simple and very easy to make. You might even have everything for it in your fridge right now.
I will share the recipe for this one if anyone is interested
