Ahhh, what a picture perfect day. The clouds were placed just so, a little breeze to keep it just cool enough. And all the touches needed to keep the party going through the night! Thank you for the best view in town! And for the tunes all night long! , always a treat to have your epic cart onsite, guests were happy! Every chef has a signature recipe guests ask for again and again.

A little look at what’s been filling my cup lately…
I’ve been spending more time working with the Nevada Union Culinary Arts Program—something I’ve been connected to through the Advisory Board since 2022, and now getting to be more hands-on with the students.
This spring included a 3-part series with the advanced class, where we planned and executed a seasonal lunch for staff—focusing on menu development, recipe scaling, and kitchen fundamentals that build real confidence (and really good food).
I’ve also had the chance to step into a couple of their events—supporting a local nonprofit and a full BBQ catering—which is where it all comes together.
It’s thoughtful, it’s high-energy, and it matters. Their passion is contagious and they want to soak up all the knowledge and experience they can.
And one of the most rewarding parts—seeing some of these students step into internships (and eventually roles) with us at Emily’s.
Grateful to be part of something that supports the next generation and strengthens our community along the way 💛 Yay for community collaboration and cheers to our youth!!

Dinner and dessert are served at our wedding last weekend. After the cocktail hour and all the seasonal composed appetizer bites and grazing station. Keeping it casual enough for a campground, but elevated enough for guests to be wowed! Seasonal, fresh as can be, catering that doesn’t taste like catering- it’s like a private restaurant experience for 120 of your closest friends, and we take care of it all!
This came together with the planning and coordination of .book.weddings and tunes from . Great teamwork for our happy couple and their friends. Cheers to making memories and having food be the centerpiece. Also cheers to love!

Sneak peak from today’s wedding at . What a beautiful day, a perfect day for a wedding!! Thank you to Amanda .book.weddings , her team kept everything running smoothly and organized. While dj kept the beats rocking and and rolling. Full service custom menu an hour away at a campground… we’ve got it!
Thanks to our amazing culinary team, from the cooks, chefs, cater waiters, dishwasher, it takes the whole team to do what we do!
