Thai Rice Paper Wraps, Meatloaf, Veggie Patties, Ghost Pigs n a blanket 🎃 and Sauces!

I keep hearing - more sauces so I am going to try this out for a bit and see where it goes!

So many great Fall Harvest flavors coming in!

One of my early work experiences was in a German restaurant.
The loveliest people with such a family forward environment and true German tastes. I love the flavors of the cabbage and apples cooked together, the creamy sauces and tang of the fresh side salads. I was in front of the house back then but gosh did I try to spend as much time in the kitchen as I could. This menu brings some of that comfort back and I hope to share this with you!!
