This project is Jeff and Lauren's way of giving a piece of themselves to fans, new and old.
After many years of building our barrel inventory, we wanted to make a whiskey that would stand above the rest. The Hyperion is a celebration of how far we’ve come and it reflects our curiosity, experience, and passion for moving American Whiskey forward.
The inaugural release is a unique blend of four whiskey types: Bourbon, Rye, Wheat, and American Single Malt. We think the world of whiskey blends needs more love; they give us permission to buck tradition. Just a little.
We’ve started calling The Hyperion a queen of blends, and you’ll see on the label that there’s a blend bill instead of a mash bill. Each whiskey brings its own note to the symphony and a mash bill just doesn’t do it justice.
Each annual release will be unique, never repeated. But The Hyperion will always reflect our past and our future.
