Good morning! I wanted to post this before my day got away from me(today is the first day of school(I now have a senior and a freshman in high school).

Stacy’s Salt & Pepper Cafè will be CLOSED this Friday, September 11th. I did tell many of you last Friday, but as a reminder to you and to inform my other customers a post was necessary. Again, we will NOT be open this coming Friday.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all on Friday, September 18, 2026.

I hope everyone had a blessed Labor Day and hope to see you next week.

Thank you to my great customers for supporting my small business yesterday! I appreciate each and every one of you.

Many of you expressed your deep concern for me and my health. I am grateful that you see me and transparently. I’ve never been a fake or put up a facade for anyone. So you saw that by within 3 hours of opening which I had been working, setting up, prepping and cooking for 5 hours prior, that it had taken a huge toll on my body. I had to start shutting down much earlier than usual and continued to sell until all the closing work was finished. The heat and humidity caused my numbers to hit a very high(pushing 400). But, God! I am doing much better this morning and reflecting on the genuine customers that I have been blessed with. Thank you, again!

It is a great honor to hear that my hoagies are the BEST within an hours drive. And, I got a good 🤭 at being called The Hoagie Queen. 👸🏻☺️

Sorry this post has been delayed, but I have been dealing with a full plate. But, better late than not at all.

Thank you to some of the most loyal, amazing customers a vendor could ever have! I had an emotional day at market this past Friday. It was so great to see you all of you who showed up genuinely happy to see and support me. I would specifically like to say thank you to Kathy and Nip, Lori, Lisa, Rodney & Lori, Tom, Laverne and Megan. From offering to help work, just showing up faithfully to support, and all the prayers. God bless you!

We had a good day and sold out of 3 menu items. My signature coconut cake was a hit as usual(sorry it took 8 months to answer all the requests for it). Although my fryer went out on me twice, I was able to make it last until a 1/2 an hour before closing.😔

That being said…I am looking forward to this Friday, September 4th. I didn’t see some of my old regulars and I hope they are all well.

My aim is to open Stacy’s Salt & Pepper Cafè tomorrow, Friday, August 28, 2026 with modified hours of 12 - 6 p.m.

I wasn’t 100% sure because on top of everything going on with my health, Elijah messed up his other foot now. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Help me, Jesus!!!

So LORD willing we will see you all tomorrow! 😊 We will see what the morning brings.
