Welcome! I learned to decorate royal icing cookies for family and friends by watching YouTube tutorials (and lots of trial and error). I hope to share designs and techniques that can be done without formal training and expensive equipment. Anyone can make a Beautiful Batch!

Hope to see everyone at the open house tomorrow, 10 am to 2 pm. We’ll have lots of syrup for sale as well as maple cookies. E.G. says “The best cookie I’ve ever had.”

We’ve been quiet, but we’ve been busy. New for this year we’ve put on an addition for bottling and some sap handling. Still some trim work to do but the boiling has started.

Michigan Maple Weekend is fast approaching. Hope to see everyone at our open house Sunday 10 am to 2 pm!

Join us for one of three weekends across the state of Michigan to experience what happens at a Michigan maple sugar bush. Trees will be tapped and sap will be flowing!
