🍓 Strawberry Update – Saturday, May 30, 2026 🍓
Our U-Pick strawberry patch will remain closed this weekend.
The recent rains caused extensive damage to many of the ripe strawberries, and we are currently having to clean the plants back to the healthier green fruit. While there are still green berries and blooms in the field, much of the ripe fruit was lost due to the excessive rainfall.
At this time, we do not expect to have strawberries available again until sometime next week, depending on how the plants recover and weather conditions improve.
This season has brought its share of challenges, from drought conditions earlier this spring to the heavy rains we've experienced recently. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work through these conditions.
