🚨 Food Truck Update! 🚨

We wanted to make sure we gave everyone plenty of notice!

Our second (and final!) summer family trip has snuck up on us. We will be closed August 5th through August 8th while we spend a few days making memories with our family. ❤️ We’ll be back and ready to feed you on Wednesday, August 12th!

The good news? This is our last planned closure of the season, so after this we’ll be here serving you until it’s time to wrap up for the year.

That means you’ve got a few days to come see us before we head out! And don’t forget… the Jalapeño Popper Smash Burger is still on special! 🔥🍔 It’s loaded with pepper jack cheese and our creamy jalapeño popper spread for just the right amount of kick.

Before the paddlers hit the river, make your first stop at Schitz and Giggles! 🤤We’re opening at 2 today to give you a little more time.

🔥 Pulled Pork Nachos are BACK! 🔥

You’ve been asking for them, and we finally made it happen:
🧀 Fresh-fried chips
🐖 Slow-smoked pulled pork
🍅 Fresh pico de gallo
🫕 Warm queso

Our pulled pork takes hours to smoke, so once it’s gone…it’s GONE. We made a big batch, but we can’t whip up more on the fly.

If you’ve been craving a plate of loaded, mouthwatering nachos, today is your day! Pair them with a cold beer from Rolling Oak Brewing Company, grab a seat, and soak up all the Canoe Marathon excitement.

🏕️ We’re baaaack! We survived vacation (and the smoke), made some memories, and now it’s time to get back to feeding your favorite cravings. 😎🍔

🏕️ It’s time for one of our favorite family traditions! We will be closed July 15th-18th❤️

As many of you know, we’re a family-run business. That means when it’s time for our family camping trip to the U.P., the only way for all of us to go is to close the food truck for the week.

We only do this twice each summer, but we know it’s an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hate missing our loyal customers, and we always worry about the new faces we might miss meeting while we’re away.

We’ll be making memories this week, recharging, and soaking up some time together so we can come back refreshed and ready to fire up the grill for you next week! 🍔🍟

Thank you for supporting not just our food truck, but our family. We’ll see you next week!

🚨 Tonight is your last chance this week! 🚨

We won’t be open on Saturday, so if you’re planning to let us handle dinner, tonight’s the night! 🍔🍟🍗🐟

You asked for wings and we listened… and WOW, you all showed us just how much you appreciated that by showing up for them! ❤️🙌

If wings or chicken are on your must-have list, you may want to beat the crowd because the chicken supply is starting to look a little less “all you can eat” and a little more “limited edition.” 🍗🏃‍♀️💨

The good news? We’ve still got plenty of burgers, plenty of award-winning fries, and fish frying up tonight too! 🍔🍟🐟
