Tonight our hearts are so incredibly full.
From our little pig farm to every single person who showed up, bid, supported, and believed in these kids and their pigs — thank you just doesn’t feel big enough. What you see in the ring for a few minutes represents early mornings, late nights, muddy boots, and lessons that go far beyond the barn.
These feeder pigs may not be the end of a project yet, but they are where it all begins. They represent the start of long days, learning curves, and the kind of responsibility that shapes these kids into who they’re becoming. Around here, it’s never just about the pig; it’s about the work, the commitment, and the pride that comes with raising something from the ground up.
Some of these kids have been here before, and some are just starting out, but every single one of them is building something bigger than they probably realize. Confidence. Work ethic. Grit. Memories that will stick long after the barn is empty.
