The obsession with began with a visit to Transit Music Lounge in Buffalo, Ny. The fine folks there take it one step further and wrap them in bacon and toss them in Bbq sauce, because that is always the way to make a good thing better! Anyway, we were able to get our hands on a case of these bad boys and while we can’t confirm it, we may be the farthest place east that you’re able to get them! Stop in and find out why we are so obsessed!

Has it really already been one full year?! With chapter 1 of this crazy adventure closed, we are eagerly rolling in to year two more excited than ever about all of the things to come! To everyone that has been here supporting us throughout this past year: from the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We appreciate every single one of you! For the month of November The Backstage Grille will be closed on Wednesdays to help facilitate getting our next end off the ground (*cough cough* local delivery! *cough cough*). We will resume being open on Wednesdays on December 6th.

Someone told us that there was no way humanly possible to make our wings better than they already were. We are always up for a challenge, so we brought out the big guns… so, here’s today’s special- Wings: bacon wrapped and tossed in a semi-spicy BBQ sauce
