MD style Crab Cakes! Oliver’s original crab cake recipe using Captain White Seafood lump crab that was delivered to us by the Captain himself! Pints of his fresh picked MD jumbo lump crab are also available.

House Made Prosciutto Burgers! Papa Ferg has been busy pressing fresh ground prosciutto burgers that cook up amazingly in a cast-iron skillet. Spread some Village Cheeseworks Garlic & Herb Cow Cheese on a toasted brioche bun, top with a prosciutto burger, and you’ll be in burger heaven.

House made comfort foods! Cozy up with our house made sloppy joes, Cincinnati-style chili over bucatini pasta, freshly twisted sausages, and plenty of other cozy meal options for the family.

As the seasons change, so are our case offerings! We’re switching over from crab cakes to house made Faroe Island salmon cakes!

Happy Sunday, Great Falls! The rain may be falling, but we’ve got you covered.

Today we’re serving up fresh, San Francisco-style Cioppino loaded with grouper, swordfish, jumbo shrimp, and littleneck clams all simmered in a rich, savory broth. We’re also stocking the case with a limited quantity of 35-day dry-aged Prime NY Strips and Australian Wagyu Ribeyes.

We also have plenty of ready-to-cook comfort foods for a rainy day, including:

• Mikey’s House-made Meatloaf
•Poblano stuffed Smoked Beef Cheek Barbacoa
•Twice-baked Potatoes

It's Beef Saturday!!! It's a great day to enjoy some local Burner’s Beef cut in house by our butchers! Come and see for yourself what people are talking about. Jared Burner makes sure that all of his animals are raised with compassion and upholding to his standard to deliver you the best quality beef eating experience around. We have plenty of his freshly fabricated cuts available including Ribeye, Filet Mignon and Denver steaks!

Smoked Beef Cheek Barbacoa Stuffed Poblanos: Tender, rich, smoked beef cheek barbacoa smothered with molé and stuffed inside fresh poblano peppers with plenty of cheese.

Texas “Dirt” Chili: Made right with local Prime Grade Tri-Tip, bacon, peppers, onions, and NO beans! Serve over a bed of fresh Fritos!

Twice Baked Potatoes: Back by popular demand in two styles!
