✨Who we are✨

We have quite a few new friends around here, and I realized I never really made an introduction post 🫣

Hi! We are Kaila and Michael and we are the owners of Dane & Dough Bakery! Michael is active duty Air Force here at Malmstrom, and I am a stay at home mom to our two beautiful kiddos! 🥰

I have always had a love for baking, and found enjoyment in getting to bless others with something I made from scratch that is delicious and made with love. I love trying new things and getting to experiment with different flavors and types of baked goods. 😋

I can’t forget about the star of the show; our wonderful, fun-loving, silly, and giant dog-Toby! He is the inspiration behind the name of our little bakery, and he embodies everything we are trying to create: boldness, joy, fun, flavor (he’s got quite the personality), and enough love to go around for everyone 💛

We are so excited to get to know you all better, and love getting to share this part of our lives with you! Thank you for being here and sharing this with us 🫶🏼

🚨 Announcement 🚨

Hey everyone! For those of you who don’t know, we are a military family, which also means when duty calls we have to make adjustments.

With that being said, my wonderful husband, Michael, will be out of town over the course of the next couple weeks, so we have made the decision to not do the Farmers Market on August 22nd and 29th. We have two beautiful children and running the market by myself while also trying to watch them at the same time would be a little difficult.

HOWEVER,

There is still some good news! My order form will be up and running over the course of the next two weeks (like normal 😉), so I will still be taking orders while he is out of town! Please feel free to check out our menu and place an order at any point over the next two weeks while we are away from the markets! We offer pickup, delivery, and meetup, so I will do my best to accommodate you!
