Four Fields Farm We are a live-stock farm, where you can pick up your CSA share, or just pop by for some fresh eggs and say hi!

We are a small meat farm nestled in the Great Meadows valley, and our farming philosophy is healthy, happy animals make healthy, happy meat. Our pigs live in our woods, and their non-GMO diet is supplemented with nuts, roots and their favorite, worms. The chickens are also fed non-GMO feed, and graze our protein rich pasture along with our lambs . Because our lambs only eat pasture, it takes a little longer for them to reach full size, but it is worth the wait! Our laying hens live in the 'Casa de Pollo', a custom made trailer that allows us to move the very few days so they access to new, fresh gasses and bugs, this ensures the yummiest eggs!

We decided to keep our turkeys on the smaller side this year, so the largest we did today was just over 18lbs, still quite a big boy! We will be processing the rest in two weeks. We will be updating our website by the end of the week, so you will be able to choose between Small, Medium and Large turkeys when you sign up, and we will contact you about specific sizes when we have them all in the freezer.

September is here!

Well that year seems to have gone by fast! But there is still some fun to be had: our turkeys are growing gang busters, we are starting to disc the fields for next year's wheat, and it is our open house at the end of the month!

Sigh up for our Thanksgiving turkeys will start in a few week, when we get abetter idea of how big they will end up being. Don't worry, we will send out an email when we are ready.

It was an amazing year for Four Fields’s second harvest. we planted 5 acres of Redeemer wheat, 700lbs of wheat seed spread, and got 10,000 to 12,000lbs in return. It was much cleaner then last year, coming off the field, so that means less time drying and cleaning, which is wonderful.

So we have whole wheat and sifted flours available at our markets (Stroudsburg, PA, Saturdays and Hackettstown, NJ, Sunday) and we have a beautiful pancake mix available at markets and online.

Deliveries for our Subscription service start on the end of May.
Spring has been a little challenging this year, with 80F deg weather then a wicked frost, that affected most of America's north east’s just blooming gardens and orchards. But our animals were tucked up warm, our mushrooms were dormant and our wheat, we planted in the Fall of 2025, so was used to the chill of winter. So everything on the farm has woken up now, and decided to grow, bloom or fruit despite the crazy weather.
