We are so sad to see this! The Tavern at St. Michael's Square is closing. Please support our friends Chad and Wendi as they end this chapter of their lives. Support them as you did us in our final days.

With heavy hearts, we’re sharing that The Tavern will be closing. Our last day of service will be May 24th.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and we are so grateful for everyone who has supported us, worked with us, shared a meal with us, celebrated with us, and made The Tavern feel like part of the community.

Between now and May 24, we would love to see you. Come in for a meal, grab a drink, bring your friends, order your favorites, and help us make these last few weeks full of good food, good memories, and familiar faces.

Your support right now truly means the world to us and helps us close this chapter with as much grace as possible.

It's been almost 8 weeks since we pulled the taps for the last time at Rule105. We miss our customers so much! We miss the atmosphere and the laughter! Mike and I did not want Rule105 to end the way it did! We had hoped for a sale, for a new person with a dream to take over the brewery, and we prayed that Rule105 could continue to be west Greeley's hang out. That would have been a WIN-WIN-WIN for everyone... a win for us, for a new owner, and for the buildings ownership. However, my strong opinion is that a large rent increase in the space forced our buyer to back out of his offer (and he told us so). His dream of business ownership was shattered, we lost a sale, and the building is a shell and may be empty for a long time at the price that is wanted for the rent. The rent increase would have also driven Mike and I out of business if we had wanted to continue. I have been told by others, and it is my OPINION as well, that there was an element of retaliation that contributed to the closure of Rule105. Mike and I regret how everything ended. We truly loved all of you and our amazing business.

This is a message we received about the brewery. THIS is what we were about!

As I was looking around at the people on the patio on Friday and Saturday evening: I was very thankful for what you did for us and the eclectic group of people! You have a way of bringing people together - making them feel a part of something bigger! (And bringing my # # # # out of his shell😉) Thank you for being you!! This was priceless! Last night we had many close friends get together for one last hurrah at Rule105. We have so many wonderful people we have met through the brewery! It is hard to describe our appreciation for these great friends! Many, many, many thanks for the memories and all the love and laughter! We will treasure this for the rest of our lives! God bless each of you who contributed to our story of Rule105.
