Beverage manufacturer looking or welding technician to work with equipment fabrication (welding and pipe fitting).

Job: Stainless Steel Welding (Full Time)

Essential Functions:
• Stainless Steel TIG welding.
• Maintain training certifications per Job requirements.
• Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction rates according to company guidelines.
• Operate forklift, company pickup as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Must have experience with Stainless Steel TIG welding in manufacturing / fabrication / shop environment.
• Trade School certificate in welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ideally will have experience with stainless steel welding.
• Mechanical and pipe fitting experience preferred
• Must be able to read blueprints, tape measure, use shop tools, and take direction.
• Driver’s license with good driving record

Other Skills and Abilities:
• Show up on time
• Strong Technical knowledge
• Utilizes good judgment in planning and accomplishing goals
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Complete all work in an efficient and timely manner
• Must have ability to work in a team environment
• Professional customer service

Work Environment:
• Physical demands include: Must be able to bend, stoop, lift 75 lbs, kneel and squat.
• 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday – Friday (regular shop hours). Overtime hours in shop and on job site as needed.

Colorado based Industrial water filtration equipment supplier seeking qualified individuals for a Project Manager position with membrane system design background.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Design and oversee fabrication of membrane systems and other industrial filtration equipment

Coordinate project goals with Customers and Contractors

Coordinate project goals with inhouse fabrication and material ordering

Direct participation of equipment design

Writing bills of material

Writing startup and instruction manuals for equipment

AutoCAD or Solidworks drawings based on customer specifications.

Creating drawings for sales, shop fabrication, and for customers installation packages

Development and maintaining project schedules

Assist in project sales on a pre-design basis

Onsite and over the phone customer technical support

Travel to customer locations in the US, Canada and Mexico to coordinate project goals. Most travel schedules are 3-5 days. We pay for travel!

Qualified applicants to have the following:

Membrane system technology experience with design

General mechanical design experience.

Industrial water treatment and water chemistry experience preferred, yet not necessary

PLC experience helpful, yet not necessary

Computer skills in Microsoft products (AutoCAD and/or Solidworks, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)

Strong work ethic

Willing to travel when necessary (passport required for foreign travel)

Dependable and flexible to meet challenging deadlines

Excellent customer service skills and friendly

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Full time and compensation starting at $80,000+ depending on qualifications and experience.
