Hello. The puppies arrived! Well, technically they arrived 10 weeks ago but we are finally ready to let some out into the world. We have only Six MuddPuppies for sale this time. (Half Great Pyrenees-mom, and half Chocolate Newfoundland - dad). Since we only breed about every three years you guys know how rare these guys are. They have been raised with goats and piglets already and are NOT chicken safe. The puppies have been well socialized and love children and the elderly. They have had their first shots and wormer and are ready to go. Three girls and three boys. Please feel free to give Jo a call at 970-714-0049.

Winter time on the farm is beautiful, but challenging. Keeping everyone fed and watered when the temperature drops below freezing calls for creative problem solving. For example, we switch out our bunnies water in the winter. Instead of the drip bottles, we use bread pans since we can easily dump out the water once it’s frozen and refill them! What changes do you make in the winter months?

We love these beautiful winter mornings, but we’re eager to start spring planting! What zone do you live in and when do you start planting? Colorado is tricky since we’re known to get frost and even snow late in the spring!
