Pushing the boundaries on a modern lager using 30% rice in the grain bill, just the right amount of seaweed during boil, a special blend of sake & lager yeast for fermentation, then dry hopped with Sabro hops to balance everything out.

This lager is extra crispy and light with sake undertones, light peach and coconut, finishing dry with a little earthy umami tannin from that seaweed at 4.1% abv.
