Soooo I entered this competition called Favorite Chef for an opportunity win a cash grand prize amongst other things. For me to move on you have to vote; so please, only if you truly feel like I deserve it, throw me a vote. Voting for the first round opens tomorrow (May 20th) at 1pm

One chef will win $25k, an advertorial feature in Taste of Home, and a cooking experience with Carla hall.

I’m sure a lot of you have probably been able to guess by now, I have made another move regarding my career. I just recently took over Black and Tan and 1001 Club as the chef. I know some of my peers may have opinions about this, but I’m glad to be back in Green Bay. A lot of changes coming to these restaurants in the near future. Right now my main focus is releasing a newish menu for Black and Tan by as early as next week! Come check it out!

To all my friends and supporters..

It is with a heavy heart that I write this post, but due to some more unforeseen circumstances, I have made the unfortunate decision to cease operations and close the truck.
It was very hard to come to this decision, but as a new father, I need to do what’s right for my family.
I will be putting the truck up for sale in due time, but for now, I want to take the time and make the updates necessary for the next person who buys it to be successful.
I want to thank everyone who has supported me the last few years! I’ve met a lot of amazing people and made plenty of new friends on this journey.
This is not the end! My real hopes are to use the money from selling the truck to put towards a small shop or something like that. But for right now it’s just a dream, and only time will tell depending on how things play out. I’m still available for any catering needs for anyone interested
If anyone is interested in buying the truck, feel free to shoot me a message in the meantime and I’ll gladly show it to you. Please, serious inquiries only..
Once again, I can’t thank everyone enough for all the kind words and support over the last few years. It has been my greatest pleasure to serve all you and the Green Bay community.

Hi everyone, just want to give an update to my current situation. As excited as I was to reopen, I unfortunately ran into a complication with the Health Department that is preventing me from reopening at the moment. I assure you it has nothing to do with mishandling of food or anything of that sort. I’m working hard to fix the situation so I can feed all you hungry people!

What an amazing night! Thank you everyone that came out tonight! I’m always humbled by the love and support. I’ll be feeling it tomorrow, but it’s definitely worth it

I’ll keep yall posted when I’m serving next. I’m hoping to have a consistent schedule within the next couple weeks
