🍬 Now Hiring: Bilingual Human Resources Intern 🍬

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while making an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Eillien's Candies is seeking a motivated Bilingual Human Resources Intern (English/Spanish) to support our Human Resources and Safety teams.

This internship offers valuable exposure to recruiting, employee relations, safety initiatives, and HR administration while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:
• Provide translation assistance in both English and Spanish
• Support the Human Resources and Safety teams with office and clerical functions
• Assist with interviewing and recruiting efforts for entry-level positions
• Help promote our safety culture through safety audits and document updates
• Maintain employee records and file paperwork daily
• Complete various administrative and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:
✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
✅ Current college student or recent graduate pursuing Human Resources, Business, or a related field
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
✅ Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
