Hi folks! Just wanted to let folks know that tonight Kickaas Cheese will be at Restoration Orchards at N6795 Willow Rd Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 from 5-8pm tonight for their Blue Moon Pop Up farmers market event! I'm personally very excited to visit their farm and be a part of it. Its going to be a perfect evening and beautiful setting for chilling out, getting out of town and grabbing some top flight fromage while you're at it :)

Hi folks!

Just wanted to share this with you. Last Saturday a very kind gal gave me the homemade tortillas she had found at the farmers market. Wow, were they good! However, they didn't last long Sunday morning making tacos and quesadillas with our Chipotle Gouda :) (Sorry Daphne, tacos are for kids.)

This Saturday the weather looks beautiful again :)

OMG! I can hardly believe it but today is the first day of the 2026 Farmers' Market On Broadway! Kickaas Cheese will be back at its same spot across from the candy shop. The hours are from 3-8pm and the weather is looking good! Hope you can make it out!

Hi folks!

The forecast for this Saturday is looking beautiful, warm and sunny. Sign me up!

Why not start the weekend by stopping out at the final, yes final, indoor Military Ave farmers market at 201 S Military Ave in GB from 9-1:30. By the way, thank you all for coming out this winter! We are largely a seasonal company and your support helps so much to get us through the quiet season :)

Hi folks!
Just wanted to let everyone know that Kickaas is excited to be back at Nourish Farms @ 100 Alfred Miley Ave in Sheboygan Falls for their annual Local Food Fair this Saturday May 9th from 9-2pm! This is a big, although distilled, market type event with the best of the best from NE Wisconsin. Every vendor there is doing really vital and interesting work. Its a hot bed for checking out some of the most exciting food producers in the area!

Hi folks!

This Saturday May 2nd Kickaas will be at the Market on Military at 201 S Military Ave in Green Bay (2nd floor of the BMO Harris bank) from 9-1. This weekend we'll be showcasing a limited supply of extra aged manchego! Its strong, nutty, bold and exciting and you aren't gonna find anything like this in the grocery store! Think parmesan with attitude! Come out and get some this Saturday!

Hi folks!
Hope you're all doing well and staying dry! This Saturday April 18th Kickaas will be at the Market on Military at 201 S Military Ave in Green Bay (2nd floor of the BMO Harris bank) from 9-1. A new batch of Plum Wine Parmesan. Also, a raw milk Gruyere from last July will be making an appearance by popular demand :)

Hi folks!
Tomorrow I'm excited to be setting up the cheese table at Our Little Farm WI at W371 Danes Rd in New Holstein from 9-12. They do some really exciting work there including growing the einkorn wheat used in the most amazing little crackers that they make there :) Gonna be a beautiful day for a country drive tomorrow. Maybe end up at Our Little Farm's farmers market tomorrow morning :)

Hi folks!

Well, no sooner did I see the first robin this year than we got the news that we are getting up to 25" of snow Sunday. So,why do we live here again??!!

Oh yeah, CHEESE! What good is life in paradise if all you have is Krapt singles? (spelling mistake?)

Which is why Kickaas Cheese will be at Produce with Purpose at W5086 Amy Ave in Kaukauna tomorrow Saturday March 14th from 9-12:30!

So, this Sunday, just imagine that poor sucker in Hawaii making a cheese board with a can of easy cheese wondering why don't they live somewhere with better cheese? And thank your lucky stars that you live in Wisconsin!
