Hi folks,

Tomorrow morning Kickaas will be at the Sheboygan, Green Bay and Appleton farmers markets!

Tomorrow marks the return of the previously instantly sold out Gouda Parm! 1.5 year old gouda parm is truly exciting stuff. Its nutty and sharp; its engineered to slam your nervous system's specialized cheese receptors (in the best way possible). I'm not saying you have to come early because we're going to run out but don't be late :)

Hi folks,
Tomorrow morning Kickaas will be at the Sturgeon Bay, Green Bay and Appleton farmers markets! Looks to be a chance of rain tomorrow but we'll be there for you. Armed with some of the best cheese in the land :) Still, hope you will consider braving the elements and come out!

Also, shout out! Its been so great getting to all of these Saturday markets this year. So grateful to my great helpers this summer! We've been very blessed!

Today Kickaas is coming to the Peshtigo farmers market at 617 French St. I'll be there from 10-2pm. Looking to be a beautiful 74 degree day ahead and that's gouda 'nuf for me :)

Hey folks! Tomorrow morning we'll be back Kickin Aas at the Green Downtown Green Bay, Inc., Downtown Appleton Farm Market and Sheboygan Farmers markets! We're excited to be diving into a new old batch of 9 year gouda tomorrow. Candy gouda as my kids say and they aint wrong! Sweet and sharp :)

Hi folks! I’m here setting up at the Broadway farmers market and looks to be a beautiful night out.
If anyone missed out on the year and a half raw milk Gouda Parm from last week I am bringing a precious 1/4 of A wheel with me tonight! I guess we almost instantly on Saturday morning!

Hi folks!
Tomorrow morning Kickaas will be at the Green Downtown Green Bay, Inc., Downtown Appleton Farm Market and the Sturgeon Bay Farmers Markets!
Tomorrow we're bringing out a 1.5 year old Gouda/parm hybrid that's tangy and sharp. A lot going on in this raw milk, unpasteurized gouda :)

Sorry for the late post but Kickaas will be at Downtown Green Bay, Inc., Sheboygan Farmers Market and I personally will be at the Appleton Market tomorrow morning :) Yeah! I've got a gig at Maloney's in Kaukauna later that night so I thought I'd just get lunch in lovely Appleton before the show! Gonna be a long day. Good thing I love what I do!

Hi folks!

Yes! I had the time and wherewithal to send an email! I'm getting the hang of this busy summer with the kids home thing :)

Tomorrow Kickaas will be at the Sturgeon Bay (I'll be near Nebraska and 4th), Downtown Appleton Farm Market and Green Downtown Green Bay, Inc. farmers markets tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow marks the return of the aged Swiss! We don't have a lot of it so come early please to get yours!

Also, the extra aged Great Grand Parmesan will be coming out of retirement :) This baby is 7 years old and getting better every year!

Hi folks!

Yes, its true. Seems the rain gods are on a well deserved vacation this week and its supposed to be 9 degrees cooler tomorrow with less humidity to boot!

Tomorrow I'm excited to be bringing a 7 year old Asiago which is both smooth and creamy yet quite sharp and biting. Such a cool combo for finishing dishes and working into exciting recipes!

Lots of other good ones to help get you thru these hot nights when you need something filling yet don't necessarily feel like turning on the stove :)
