Noble Roots Brewing Company--like many contemporary craft breweries--can trace its origin to a kitchen stove and a stock pot. Those first forays into homebrewing in 2009 sparked a passion for crafting beers that moved us from five-gallon batches in the kitchen to a half-barrel system in the garage. “Brew nights” were--and continue to be--a family affair, and our close friends were happy to help us

work through the fruits of our labor. The feedback, support, and recognition of those friends and our local brewing community pushed us to take the next step and found the brewery.

Thank you to everyone who has already brought in their pop tabs! The final day of collection is coming up on Friday, May 29th for the 2025-2026 Battle of the Breweries.

And we're releasing GARAGE SERIES 163: Rye Lager. Brewed with Rye, Munich, Heidelberg, Caramel, and Blackprinz malts, Warrior hops, German Lager yeast, and a touch of Caraway Seed for a crisp lager with a subtle spicy rye character.

Introducing GARAGE SERIES 162: "Sweet Farrah" Toffee Blonde! On tap today, May 21st!

Back at our annual Chili Cookoff in January, Kurt won the silent auction prize to design a brew with Marvin & Alex. This smooth, dessert-inspired blonde ale is the result!

Brewed with Maris Otter, Munich, and Victory malts plus oats for a smooth body, then layered with vanilla, toffee, and lactose for rich caramel sweetness. Finished with Hersbrucker hops and English Ale yeast for an easy-drinking balance.
