At Savor & Graze, we proudly celebrate the farmers, artisans, and communities who make Wisconsin dairy land so exceptional.

Many of the artisan crafted cheeses we feature are thoughtfully selected and beautifully paired within our charcuterie offerings, creating grazing experiences that feel both elevated and deeply rooted in tradition. Each bite reflects a legacy of craftsmanship, care, and passion.

This month, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dairy farmers, makers, and advocates who work tirelessly to sustain and promote the richness of our dairy land. 💛

Big milestone alert ✨

Starting this page was to take you along this journey from the start, and we’re getting so close now!

If all goes as planned, I’ll be ready by mid June to create beautiful, irresistible grazings… even to the tiniest taste testers 🧀🤍

Health department paperwork has been received, and the rental application for my commercial kitchen space has been sent over, so things are finally falling into place.

A graduation celebration close to my heart 🎓🤍

I had the honor of creating a special charcuterie board for my niece’s graduation, and this text message my sister in law shared with me had me smiling all night: “BEST charcuterie board I’ve EVER seen!!” ✨

The true reward is knowing the heart woven into each board evokes a sense of awe and admiration. 💛

Did you know?

These images show the journey of annatto from the achiote tree and its pods to the seeds inside and finally to a classic grilled cheese 🧀

Annatto is a natural color derived from the seeds of the achiote plant (Bixa orellana) and is used in cheesemaking to give cheese its familiar golden color without changing its flavor.
