Now accepting applications for farm labor!
Hours:
- Sunday through Sunday 5am-11pm until the winter storm concludes.
Pay:
- None. This is a character building experience and free therapy….because you will have a much better outlook on your own life once this is over! We might be able to negotiate some free hamburger.
Duties:
- driving one ton trucks and farm machinery (no driver’s license required or desired)
- basic (or sometimes advanced) veterinary care (also no license required, but big plus if you have one though)
- opening all gates
- cutting and peeling off frozen net wrap
- Sledgehammering water troughs
- *POSSIBLE* Roping and removing un-alived cattle after they’ve had an ice skating accident - not a guaranteed experience, but also not out of the scope of responsibility
- De-pooping unlimited stalls
- Managing the inventory of essential repair supplies such as duct tape, zip ties, baling twine, and pocket knives

- All meals included - and we will feed you just like our own family!…1 Mexican restaurant per day, then unlimited gas station jerky and Red Bull.
- Free workouts. Walking 5 plus miles per day uphill through a foot of snow wearing 30 extra pounds of clothes and carrying 50lb feed sacks…you’ll be ripped in no time.
- Frequent motivational speeches from our foreman - so good they will make you cry before, during, and after said speech.
- You will get to shovel the steaming excrement of some of the finest, most overrated, aspiring pasture ornaments in the barrel horse industry.
- You will play a vital role in quality assurance for America’s steakhouse restaurants! You won’t be able to afford to eat there, but, man, will they serve quality beef!
- There are some cute lambs involved. They won’t make you any money either, but we will let you hold one.
