Life’s been busy here on the farm! Between kidding season, bringing chickens home, getting the garden ready, and some family matters production had a bit of a pause. Added a couple of whipped body butters to the inventory today:

1) Unscented Tallow

Our Whipped Tallow Body Butter is handcrafted with grass-fed tallow, jojoba oil, vitamin E, and soothing colloidal oatmeal to provide rich, long-lasting moisture for all skin types and ages.

2) Tallow + Lavender Frankincense

Made with nourishing grass-fed tallow and scented with pure lavender and frankincense essential oils, this rich body butter deeply moisturizes while leaving skin feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed.

❕Both bucklings will be available once fully weaned around 8 weeks (late May). Will be disbudded and fully CDT vaccinated. May go as wether or remain intact 🐐

This one is thick, rich, and buttery in the best way 🤎

Our newest body butter is made with shea butter, avocado butter, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, and oat oil for deep, long-lasting moisture.

And we didn’t add essential oils — because it honestly doesn’t need them. The natural scent from oat oil and the creamy butters is warm, soft, and cozy all on its own.

No fillers. No artificial fragrance. Just a simple, skin-loving blend made the homestead way.

Not all “natural-looking” soaps are actually natural — and that matters to us.

At The R & R Homestead Co, we believe your skincare should be simple, clean, and made with ingredients you can recognize. That’s why our cold process soaps are made using only natural clays and plant powders for color.

We love clays because they don’t just make soap pretty — they add a soft, earthy feel and help create a creamy, luxurious lather.

Some of our favorites include:
🌿 French green clay
🍑 French peach clay
🥀 Rose clay
💜 Brazilian purple clay
🖤 Activated charcoal
🌱 Spinach powder

And when it comes to scent, we keep it just as clean. We use pure essential oils only — never synthetic fragrance oils or untrusted brands— so every bar smells fresh, natural, and true.

Purposefully crafted on our homestead and poured in small batches because what you put on your skin should feel as honest as the life you’re building. 🌾🤍
