They are licensed with the state of Colorado and guarantee every bale they sell. Colorado Horse Hay is a family operated business in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado. Kent and Chipley Gordon have been raising horses and selling hay for almost 40 years. Over the years they have bought, sold, and raised over a thousand head of horses and have helped hundreds of horse owners provide their stock with excellent quality hay. The majority of their hay comes from the high mountain ares of Colorado which have a reputation of producing some of the finest hay horse hay. Colorado Horse Hay endeavors to keep a good year-round inventory of grass, mix, and straight alfalfa for our customers. Many of CHH's customers pick up just a few bales a week at the ranch in Green Mountain Falls but they can provide you with as many bales as you need. Colorado Horse Hay delivers to most areas within 2 hours of Colorado Springs for only $1.00 per bale with a 100 bale minimum. Give Joseph a call at 719-641-5749 for a convenient time for you to pick-up or to schedule a delivery.

We have been getting so many calls with people wanting to donate Hay for the Aspen acres fire, we are blown away by the rallying of our community. We were already planning to take a trailer load of hay to the fairgrounds tomorrow, and that load is already paid for so no donations are needed. But if so, many people want to donate it might be easier for us to take another big trailer load instead of lots of trailer loads. If anyone is interested, please reach out to us at 719-641-5749, we assure you we are not making any money on any of these donations and we are honored to be part of such a strong, agricultural and horse community in Colorado.
