All in a good days work. Really I’m just convincing Leo I need some cows.
The best part of owning your own homestead is knowing how capable you are, even when the days are rough. Creamy butter, mozzarella, cream cheese, and ice cream all in a day. We will be playing with our whey this week.

We’ve had a baby boom here at the homestead, so we hope you’re ready to fall in love with some of these guys and dolls! The lops will be ready for their forever homes in a couple of weeks.

Meet Gregorovitch, our 15 going on 16 year old man. We’ve got our first camper of the season staying tonight and he’s excited. They might have treats.

Quail would you look at that! 🪺
I swear I’ll never get tired of sitting by the incubator and hatching out these little ones! They really are one of the best additions we’ve had on our homestead, and the tiny blue eggs just make my heart happy.
We will be sharing some of our quail tales for all of you that have been interested in raising these guys.
