Are you interested in building a herd with Traditional "Scottish" Conformation?
We are offering semen straws in the USA and internationally. We have semen in the USA, the EU, and Canada. In collaboration with Bill and Kae Arrington of Big Ridge Highlands, we bring you the result of 40 years of breeding experience with Big Ridge Magic’s Lad. Lad is the result of careful planning and bringing together the right animals so that he can pass on good feet, good udders, mid size calves that grow fast and need little birthing intervention and have true Scottish conformation. Lad's spring of rib, depth of body, strong straight level back, hair, head and forelock etc. are exceptional examples of his traditional Scottish conformation. The son of Big Ridge Voodoo Magic (AHCA #51522) and Sobrach of Big Ridge aka "Rose" (AHCA #48563), his Pedigree includes: Bart of Benmore, Mac Donald of ESK, Phillip 1st of Craycomb, Jock 28th of Leys, GOF Broadstone, Scott of Craycomb, Brain of Dirtain, and Ridge Top Haydn's Choice

This stunning bull has been collected for US and International Sales with dealers in The EU, Canada and the USA. Shipping can be arranged for other countries. Read more about his story at https://www.bigridgehighlands.com/sires.html
Lad has been genetically tested and is Crop Ear Free (CE - 0) and Myostatin(Nt82) Free. Lad is a fantastic bull to use on heifers. Our reports from the USA, Canada and the EU are describing mid size calves that birth easily and nurse strong, soon after birth.
