Thank you to everyone who came out and found us today. We have a slight change of plans for tomorrow's location. Unfortunately we experienced some mechanical issues in the food truck this morning. Due to this we will remain at Greensburg Auto Parts for Labor Day Monday. We will be open at Noon at 4655 Massillon Rd, Green, OH 44232. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause!

We hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend so far. As we wrap up a wedding catering tonight, we're looking forward to finally getting back out to see all of you Sunday and Monday! Catch us tomorrow (9/5) at Greensburg Auto Parts (4655 Massillon Rd, Green, OH 44232) and on Monday (9/6) at the Gentle Shepherd Counseling Center (1469 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720). We will be serving from 12:00-Sold Out both days. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces 😀

Hello BBQ fans, Happy Memorial Day weekend! Sorry we've been MIA this spring, but for good reason. True Roots welcomed another future pitmaster to the family. This little guy was born just 3 weeks ago, and we've had our hands full finding our groove with these two boys! We will be making our first stops this weekend on Sunday and Monday. SUNDAY (5/24) find us at Greensburg Auto Parts (4655 Massillon Rd, Green, OH 44232), and MONDAY at The Gentle Shepherd Counseling Center (1469 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720). We will have plenty of your favorites including plenty of RIBS & BRISKET. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Find us tomorrow at the New Berlin Festival in North Canton. We will be mixing it up, and serving a selection of German and Hungarian inspired dishes. We will NOT have any of our traditional BBQ. Come on out between 12:00-7:00pm and try something different, we won't be serving this stuff again until next year!

If you missed us today in the PLX, come out and see us tomorrow (Sunday, 8/10) at Greensburg Auto Parts (4655 Massillon Rd, Green, OH 44232). We came prepared, and have extra Brisket and Ribs! We will also have home grown sweet corn, tomatoes and other fresh produce available.
