Orders are open for our Summer lamb season. We are excited to offer our best pricing yet! We are also going to simplify how the sheep are offered. (See options below) Lambs will be processed mid June. Place deposits to reserve your order.
Choose half a lamb for 180 (50) deposit.
One shoulder (roast or ground)
One leg of lamb (steaks, roast, or ground)
Lamb and loin chops 1 inch cuts
The rest will be ground in 1 pound packages
Choose whole Lamb 350 (100) deposit
Two shoulders (roasts or ground)
Two legs (steaks, roasts, or ground)
Lamb loin chops 1 inch cuts
Shanks (roasts or ground)
The rest will be ground in 1 pound packages.
