Our young orchard is growing. After 10 years, we think we’re really going to have a significant harvest this year. 2021

We’re planning a U-Pick operation this year. If anyone would like to come out and help us harvest. $3.10 a pound.

Not only is the orchard beautiful, it’s great exercise, and a lot of fun. You will not get a fresher Chestnut!

Nuts normally start falling the last week in September and the first two weeks in October. But that’s entirely up to Mother Nature!! 😳

The Ronia are looking pretty good. They should black it up nicely by this weekend. And the chestnuts look good too we seem to have a lot of burgers, however not a lot of heft. That's not so bad as we still have a month to go on the chestnuts.

Kind of an exciting time of year.
