WE DID IT, CHENANGO.
The Spring 2026 Round is officially fully funded.
Because this community showed up, local farmers will be paid fairly, local processors will do the work, and this food will move directly into local pantries and onto local tables.
This round funded:

1 cow
Hundreds and hundreds of pounds of locally raised meat
Thousands of meals for Chenango County families
What matters most is how it happened.
A donation jar at a local business.
A few dollars tucked into the bucket.
Online donations.
People sharing posts.
Donations from farms selling value added products and voluntarily contributing.
Businesses stepping up.
Neighbors helping neighbors.
This is what strong communities do.
We feed ourselves. We support our farmers. We take care of each other.
Thank you for believing in this model.
Thank you for trusting us with it.
And thank you for proving that small, local action still matters.
Now the real work begins:
the cow has been unlocked and ready for
processing, packing, and distribution.
