So excited!! That is 30 bulbs of garlic for Torshi Seer. Simple pickled garlic. 1 teaspoon of salt to a quart and vinegar of your choice to cover. I went with apple cider vinegar. This made about 2 quarts. We have to wait at least 8 weeks before we try it and the best ones are around 7 years old. Can we even make it that long?

Garlic we planted was Music, Georgian Fire and Purple Glazer from Territorial Seed.
