The list of materials is simple.

1x Tote (Trash can or whatever you want to use) I already had a tote available.
4x 45 degree 3 inch pvc elbows.

Used a drill and jig saw to cut the holes. Insert the PVC elbows and that's it. Pretty simple, I did have to use some flex seal tape because of an error I made.
