In the Festive mood and sad the Farmer’s Market is over? 🎄🎅🏻🤶🏻 Don’t worry.

I’m making SOURDOUGH GINGERBREAD SPICE CINNAMON ROLLS and SOURDOUGH GINGERBREAD SPICE CAKE ROLLS as well as some regular sourdough loaves that will be available for purchase at my new official pickup location TOMORROW Dec. 16th, THURSDAY Dec. 18th, and TUESDAY Dec. 23rd.

I will be at the official pickup location :
716 Professional Plaza Drive, Greeneville TN (the left side of the building)

from 3pm to 6pm on Tuesday’s and 1pm to 6pm on Friday’s.

Drop me a comment to let me know you’ll be swinging by and message me to order a custom amount.

These will make great gifts to neighbors and friends as well😁

Ingredients for Brown Sugar Maple or Caramel Apple cinnamon rolls:

Potato flakes, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, heavy whipping cream, brown sugar(If Maple, add Maple syrup. If Caramel frosting, add melted Carmels to icing)

Pumpkin Rolls:

all-purpose flour,puréed pumpkin
,maple syrup ,sourdough starter, or discard,pumpkin pie spice, salt, eggs, vanilla extract ,sugar, baking soda

FILLING

cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, powdered,sugar, plus more for dusting

What you buy at the store is not real bread! Take control of your health, and buy some local fresh made sourdough! 😁

I’m sure you’ve heard that bread is bad, but why? You may never eat bread again after watching this! Gluten in bread is the only protein humans can’t digest....

Did I mention my cinnamon rolls are JUMBO?!

Pictured are GIANT, FLAKY, SOFT SOURDOUGH APPLE 🍎 CINNAMON ROLLS. One with regular icing(Left) and the other with cream cheese frosting (Right.) They are made with a potato flake starter which makes for a softer and sweeter dough 🤤😋

For size reference, they are about the size of a large Grapefruit, if not bigger.
