Prepping sourdough loaves for Saturday’s farm stand! 🥖✨

The levain is bubbly and ready to go.

Here’s a peek into my sourdough rhythm:

➡️ Wednesday evenings I feed the starter and build the levain
➡️ Thursdays are for mixing, stretching, folding, and rising
➡️ Fridays are bake day
➡️ Saturday mornings the loaves head out to the farm stand for sale

We’ll have six loaves available this weekend. ☺️
