Fresh produce and meats are available this weekend at the farm. Our offerings include choice ribeye steaks, grass-fed ground beef, and various steak cuts such as skirt, flank, flatiron, chuck eye, and Denver steaks. Grass-fed chuck roast and brisket are also available. Our pork products include pork chops, maple pepper bacon, and the first batch of wild ramp sausage. Other featured items are fresh kielbasa, apple kielbasa, sweet Italian sausage, and chorizo. Join us for the first farmers market of the summer season on Saturday.

Our farm's current offerings include pork chops, breakfast sausage, pulled pork, and select ribeye steaks. Now's the time to enroll in our Spring CSA, kicking off in May 2026. Don't overlook the Early Bird discount of $450, valid until this weekend.
