Artisan Beverage Cooperative is a worker-owned cooperative producing Green River Ambrosia meads, Ginger Libation, and Katalyst Kombucha. Our mission is to produce the highest quality beverages possible taking into account the social and economic impacts and to demonstrate, through our success, the viability of worker cooperatives and fairly traded goods. We also produce Ginger Libation and Local Libation. Both are effervescent, spicy, alcoholic ginger beers. All of our products are gluten and sulfite free! At Katalyst Kombucha, The Living ElixirTM that we create is a delicate synergy of science, spirit, and art. We have carefully selected the finest, certified organic, and fair trade ingredients from around the world to bring you one of the healthiest and most nutrient rich foods on Earth.
