So last week I did a 9” double vanilla round cake with buttercream icing in the theme of Sunflowers. 🌻 I also got the privilege to make Jeff and Jodie’s wedding cake. The cool thing about this cake is that the bottom tier and 1/2 of the middle tier are fake , the top half of the middle tier and the top tier are all edible. We did this to make it look big without having all the leftover cake. Happy birthday Susie, and congratulations Jeff and Jodie!!!

So the 1st week of July in got the pleasure of making a mermaid cake for a wonderful little girl who turned 2. And we even had the surprise of the inside of the cake matching the color scheme. Sort of. lol
