Kellie Brook Farm

Kellie Brook Farm Free Range & Naturally Raised Meats! Pork & Turkey Kellie Brook Farm is a family owned and operated farm on 30 acres in Greenland NH.

Purchased in 1992 we started converting the abandoned fields into production by planting Christmas trees and then vegetables for the farmers markets. Ten years later we added pigs and chickens, the start of us specializing in naturally raised meats. Today Kellie Brook Farm produces: Pork, Turkey and Frozen Prepared Meals made with our own meat, all raised free ranged and grain fed. Our animals are

not fed growth stimulants, hormones, antibiotics or animal by products. We feed alternative feeds, such as: bread, yogurt, apples, pumpkins and other vegetables as much as possible. These feeds when combined with a non-medicated grain make for a slower growing animal and cuts of meat that are juicy and full of flavor, like the meats available at the local butcher when you were growing up.

🌱 Growing the Next Generation of Our Farm 🌱

Farming has always been about caring for what has been entrusted to us- raising animals, tending the land, growing good food, and, perhaps most importantly, nurturing the next generation. We’re grateful to see that same spirit taking root in our own family as our farm slowly begins a new chapter.

Starting early this year KBF began the slow start to the next phase of our farm. Our farm has always been family-owned and operated. We started in 1992 by bringing abandoned fields back to life, first planting Christmas trees and later growing vegetables. Those early crops became the foundation of the farm and the beginning of a story that continues today.

It feels especially meaningful to see our daughter, Kellie, and her husband, Heath, gradually stepping into more of the day-to-day business and taking on a larger role in shaping the farm’s future.

At the same time, our son, Timothy, has taken an interest in returning to where it all began: growing vegetables and bringing new energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to the land and the crops that started our farm’s journey.

Succession doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a slow and intentional transition filled with learning, hard work, conversations, challenges, and plenty of memories along the way. But watching the next generation find their own place in the farm and seeing them bring their own strengths and ideas to it, is something we are incredibly proud of.

The farm may be changing hands little by little, but its heart remains the same: family, hard work, good food, caring for the animals and the land, and a deep connection to the farm we’ve built together.

We’re excited to see where this next chapter takes us and, most of all, to watch the next generation grow right alongside the farm. ❤️🌱

At the Exeter Farmers Market only, we now have a small amount veggies for sale in addition to all of our meat products and frozen prepared meals.

Timothy (Tim’s youngest son) has taken an interest in growing some vegetables at the farm again as a little side project. It’s just one of the exciting projects we have going on behind the scenes here at KBF.
