Adding this to my feed so when our garden is pumping out 20+ of these daily I have something more creative then bread or slipping them into lasagna and spaghetti!

It is a beautifully day and Jason and I both have off so we are working on canning Nd freezing all of our garden goodies. So far we have 18 more jars of spaghetti sauce done. We are now going to work on putting away our jalapenos. This means, making and freezing bacon wrapped jalpeno poppers and canning pepper jelly to be spread on crackers with cream cheese. Of course some will be saved for salsa. These are all great to have prepare ahead of time for all the upcoming Packer games and holiday get togethers. If you would like to do the same we have plenty. As many of you know my family has found a lot of value in growing organic practice produce through our farm Thrive Farm and are working to become organic certified. Dinner at Thrive Farm, pickled beet and shrimp salads with sweet corn.( beets, cucumbers, zucchini and corn all grown on the farm.) sure wish our crop of greens would mature.
