“Meal Prep Sunday” This week I am challenging myself to only eat watermelon for breakfast and lunch, and a meal prep for dinner.
Dinner options: baked ziti with ground turkey and turkey sausage. Or, coconut rice with pineapple sriracha salmon topped with spicy pineapple chutney.

“Meal Prep Sunday”
Breakfast: breakfast bowl - potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, diced tomatoes (will add a lil bit of cheese when I heat it up) with a homemade breakfast sauce (mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper)

Lunch or Dinner: 1) honey garlic shrimp with rice and zucchini with a homemade honey garlic lemon cream sauce. 2) ground turkey taco bowl with potatoes, ground turkey and corn salsa (will add a lil bit of cheese when I heat it up) with homemade spicy sour cream.

Pre-made “after workout” smoothies: antioxidants berry fruit mix, chia seeds, collagen, mushroom coffee, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter powder and oatmeal.

“Meal Prep Sunday” 6 hours is the longest cooking time I have ever done.

Breakfast: fresh strawberries and blueberries yogurt parfait alternating with breakfast biscuits (turkey sausage, onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, eggs and cheese)

Lunch: tuna (with a tomato wrap or crackers) alternating with turkey sandwich

Dinner: Pepper bacon jam chicken on top of rice with broccoli alternating with Cajun sausage tortellini pasta

Premade smoothies for after workout days: frozen mixed berries, strawberry protein powder, peanut butter powder, mushroom coffee, collagen and chia seeds.

“Meal Prep Sunday”!!!

Breakfast: Strawberry overnight oats (oats, strawberry protein powder, collagen, cinnamon, honey, almond milk and fresh strawberries) substitute: egg whites veggie omelettes

Lunch: Turkey Veggie Bake (I feel like I made this up but maybe I had this before 🤷🏾‍♀️) ground turkey, diced tomatoes, zucchini, onions and peppers, mushrooms mixed with tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.

Dinner: Broccoli and Rice Casserole, with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

Next weeks dinner will be Tuna macaroni salad.

Meal Prep Sunday! Haven’t posted these in a while but the meal prep hasn’t stopped. These 2 weeks are yogurt parfait for breakfast with strawberries and blueberries, switch out for boiled eggs a few days…shrimp, rice and veggies for lunch, switch out with tuna and crackers. Was gonna switch to quinoa, but I got nervous 😬.
