This batch was brewed exclusively with NC grown barley from . Pilsner, light Munich and chit malt make the base, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Step mashed and fermented under pressure with German yeast for 100% natural carbonation. Cold lagered for 8 weeks. Fresh cracked cracker and grassy floral notes.
