☕️ JURA Event - New Machines!! ☕️

One week from today, on Saturday October 24th we will be officially launching the newest lineup of JURA Automatic Coffee Machines in our store.

We will be doing coffee demos with a JURA brand representative. Plus, FREE product raffles and Gifts with Purchase!

Here’s the 10/24 schedule:
10AM - Store Opens
10:30 AM - E10 Demonstration & Morning Coffee
12 PM - J10 Twin Demonstration & Cold Brew Vanilla Sweet Foam
2 PM - Z10 Demonstration & Chocolate Foam
4 PM – Demo’s End

Three of the new machines are being affectionately referred to as JURA’s “Perfect 10” trio. These are some of the finest automatic coffee makers the Swiss have ever manufactured. 🇨🇭 We are proud to introduce the new: E10, J10 Twin, and Z10. Want easier-to-stretch pizza dough? The secret is in the proof!
Before shaping, let your dough rest in a sealed container at room temperature for 1–2 hours (or less if your kitchen is especially warm). This resting time allows the gluten to relax, making the dough softer, more elastic, and much easier to stretch without constantly snapping back.
When properly proofed, pizza dough shapes more easily, stretches with less tearing, and creates a lighter, airier crust. A little patience before pizza night can make all the difference between frustrating dough and a beautifully shaped pie.

On Saturday October 24th we are officially launching the newest lineup of JURA Automatic Coffee Machines in our store.
We will be doing coffee demos with a JURA brand representative. Plus, FREE product Raffles and Gifts with Purchase!

Come winter, we love to utilize our spice cabinet as much as possible, and this potato salad is a shining example of the power of seasoning. Quarter 3 lb baby potatoes and boil in a large pot of salted water until fork tender, about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop 1/2 red onion. In a large mixing bowl combine the chopped onion with 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons apple c***r vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dill w**d, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix until the potato dressing is evenly combined, then add the drained potatoes, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors soak into the potatoes. Enjoy!
