It’s looking like spring here. Fresh strawberries mean a batch of jam is headed to The Soaplady . (More to come when our local strawberries start bearing.) Choose from fresh bright strawberry jam for Sunday biscuits or strawberry balsamic with a dash of pepper, perfect for your charcuterie board.

It’s been a while! But, yes, I’m still cooking! Finished a batch of Mild Green Dilly Beans as a custom order for a friend. I still prefer the Mean (slightly spicy) variety but these go fast too! Yummmmm!
